Position Overview
We are seeking PhD-qualified academics in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Networks and Data Communication, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Information Security, Management Information System to join us. The successful candidates will:
Teach in English across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Conduct high-impact research in their field of expertise.
Develop and deliver innovative, interdisciplinary courses connecting technology and business.
Supervise student theses, projects, and research activities.
Contribute to curriculum development and industry collaboration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning
Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and seminars in English on AI, Computer Science and related subjects.
Design and update curricula to reflect the latest academic research and industry developments.
Incorporate applied business cases, simulations, and project-based learning into courses.
2. Research
Conduct high-quality research and publish in Scopus/WoS-indexed journals.
Collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects bridging technology and management.
Seek competitive research grants and funding opportunities.
3. Academic Service & Engagement
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research.
Participate in academic committees, program reviews, and quality assurance activities.
Engage with industry partners for guest lectures, internships, and applied research projects.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Networks and Data Communication, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Information Security, Management Information System from a reputable university.
Experience:
Proven university-level teaching experience in English.
Strong research track record with publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
Experience in interdisciplinary program or course development is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent English communication and presentation skills (minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
Ability to integrate theory with practical applications in business contexts.
