Chief Private Banking Officer

Role Purpose
Lead the design, development and execution of the private banking investment platform serving HNW and UHNW clients in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build Private Banking Investment Platform
2. Lead Investment Strategy & Portfolio Construction
3. Develop Investment Product Architecture
4. Build Investment Advisory Framework
5. Establish Investment Governance & Investment Committee
6. Develop Strategic Partnerships with Asset Managers
7. Build and Lead Investment Team

Candidate Profile
• 15+ years in wealth management, private banking, asset management or capital
markets
• Strong expertise in portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment advisory
• Experience serving affluent/HNW clients
• Leadership experience building investment businesses

Success Metrics
• Launch investment platform
• Grow AUM in private banking
• Build differentiated product shelf
• Establish governance framework
